FAQs

1. Can I live on a Seabrooks Park site permanently?
No.  The sites are currently open from 1st March to 30th November.

2. How long is the Licence?
These are renewed annually.

3. What is included in the price?
Parking and use of the Laundry and book exchange, situated on the Westmount Park. See the ‘Our Sites‘ page for other costs included with the purchase and optional extras.

4. Do you allow pets?
Yes, but dogs should remain on a lead whilst on the parks.

5. How secure is my caravan when I am not using it?
CCTV was installed in 2021, on both sites. Gates at the entrances to both sites are locked when the sites close for winter.

6. Can I visit Seabrook Parks?
Yes, we welcome visits from serious potential purchasers, by appointment with the park owner.

7. What happens if I want to eventually sell my caravan?
The caravan will need to be sold through the park owner (or maybe purchased by Seabrook Parks directly).

8. Can I sub-let my caravan?
No.  We value our owner’s peace of mind and quiet enjoyment of the site, and most already know each other and have owned their caravans for several years.  We, therefore, don’t allow sub-letting.

9. Is there a deposit to pay?
Yes, to be discussed with the park owner.

10. What age group does the park cater for?
Any age, we have a mix of age groups – retired owners and younger couples/families.

11. Do you offer finance?
No.
